• We offer FREE shipping in mainland UK on all orders over £50.00.
• Free Click and Collect – next working day within shop opening hours
• UK Shipping All baskets under £50.00 are charged £3.50 for standard shipping.
• NB: Non standard items – shipping charge by quotation
• Highlands And Islands: by quotation
• International orders: by quotation

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns Address: MAISON50, 50 High St, Crickhowell, NP8 1BH.

• All returns must be notified within 14 days of purchase and returned within 14 days thereafter.
• Buyer must pay return postage unless item is faulty. please use a tracked and insured service as we will not be held responsible for any returns which are not received.
• Returns are at the cost of the buyer (unless faulty )
• Items notified after the 14 day period  or returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
• Items returned opened, used or not in a saleable condition will not be accepted.
• NB Some items are prohibited from returns (unless faulty) – see below.

 

Shipping Rates & Returns Policy  – Ordering & Delivery –  TERMS  in full:

• We also sell our lovely products in our bricks & mortar store in Crickhowell so very occasionally we may be out of stock!  If so please email us and so we can see if we can get some more for you and advise timescale!

• MAISON50 artisan made products are unique; each piece is not necessarily identical as each piece is distinct;   there may be differences eg in size, colours or finish.  

 

• Kindly note Brocante, Vintage & Antique items may have inherent blemishes or flaws as part of  vintage character;  this is not considered faulty or defective.

• Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal Payments. We do not store or handle any card data for orders placed online.

Delivery charges

Within the UK:

• FREE shipping!  for orders of £50 or over within the UK.
• For orders under £50 – a flat rate of £3.50 will be added to your order.
• Shipping time for most items within the UK mainland is 3-5 working days. Expedited delivery may be available on request   – and at extra charge – please ask.
• Some items (e.g. large, valuable or fragile items) may take longer and there may be an extra shipping charge which will be communicated at the time of order. More expensive items may be sent via recorded delivery or courier –  at extra charge.
• Please note – items are shipped on weekdays only. 
• Royal Mail is used for shipping and Royal Mail policies apply.  Occasionally a courier may be used.

 

International and Highlands & Islands

• Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.
• Please note that for international deliveries customs charges may be also charged to you or to the recipient.
• For further information or queries about international deliveries please get in touch via email.

• Where goods are delivered to destinations other than the UK by MAISON50 these will be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. MAISON50 will not be held responsible for any losses or delays in the export of goods.

Returns

• Products may be returned if:
• It is returned in a 100% saleable condition, in original packaging with all contents intact; we are a small business we must re-sell items therefore they must be in perfect condition.  Personal products eg.  soaps, body care, fragrance, lip balm, jewellery etc may not be returned unless faulty.
• Returned by the person who originally bought the item.
• You inform of us of your desire to make a return within 14 days of receiving the item, and once you have told us, you  must send us back the item within another 14 days.
• You have proof of purchase.

How to request a return:

• We must be informed by you via our returns form, within 14 days of you receiving your item. We will get in contact with instructions.
• If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• As we are a small independent business we regret we are unable to reimburse the postage or packaging cost for items returned to us (unless the return is due to the item arriving to you damaged or faulty).
• If you have received a damaged or faulty item from us please let us know as soon as possible and we will help and advise.
• Once a return has been received and checked  by MAISON50 you will get an email to confirm receipt of the item and approval (or rejection if applicable)  of the refund.
• Once refund is approved, refund will be processed; credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment.
• When shipping items back we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or use shipping insurance;  we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item, all returns are at the customers risk – MAISON50 will not be held responsible for any returns which are not received.

Please check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank for refunds;   it will take time for refunds to be posted.
