Our LOCATION
Crickhowell is an historic town, taking its name from an old Iron Age Fort named Crug Hywel. With a population of just over 2,000 it is the ideal place to relax or explore.
Crickhowell is within the Usk Valley on the outskirts of the Brecon Beacons National Park, but easily commutable to Abergavenny, or even Cardiff or Newport.
Due to its lush countryside and location, many visitors come to explore the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons or simply to shop the many independent businesses within the High Street – which has recently won ‘Best High Street’ in the UK!
There is a real community feel in Crickhowell and it is leading the way in eco-friendly living.

GETTING TO MAISON50
Our postcode is NP8 1BH, just pop it in your Sat Nav if you are driving over to us. There is free on-street parking (subject to space), directly outside our building for loading/unloading. Parking is free between 5pm and 9am, but there is a one hour restriction for parking in between 9am and 5pm. If you would like further information on nearby parking or to find out the nearest pay and display, please get in touch.
Alternatively, the nearest train station is in Abergavenny: buses stop near to the High Street or we can offer safe bicycle storage (contact us for details) if you are stopping over by bike.
Of course there are taxi firms in Abergavenny and Crickhowell, if a taxi is required during your stay.
